Entry Permit timing

ICA states that an Entry Permit holder must enter Papua New Guinea within six months of the permit being issued.

For Japanese travellers, keeping a confirmed return or onward itinerary readily accessible is sensible—especially when using VOA—but the current general ICA guidance does not say every Easy Visitor application must automatically include a paid return-ticket upload.
APEC Business Travel Card
Japanese ABTC holders have a separate facilitated business-entry route
Japan participates in the ABTC scheme
ICA lists Japan among current APEC Business Travel Card participating economies.
