The supplied draft treats a separate applicant photo, three months of bank statements, a fixed financial balance, hotel vouchers, a CMO cover letter, fixed PDF/JPG specifications and a paid return ticket as universal requirements. Current ICA public guidance reviewed for this page does not support presenting that full bundle as mandatory for every Philippine Easy Visitor applicant.

ICA's general FAQ states that passports must remain valid for at least six months from the intended date of entry.
Use the same passport
Apply and travel using the same Philippine passport unless ICA formally updates or re-evidences the Entry Permit.

5. Review the fee
ICA currently states that the Easy Visitor Permit itself has no MSF, while eVisa lodgement attracts a US$50 fee.
6. Verify the approval
Check that the Entry Permit correctly matches your passport, visitor class and intended stay.

Return / onward travel
Keep an exit itinerary available, but do not call it a universal upload
ICA's general FAQ says that evidence of return travel may be requested in some circumstances.
It is sensible for Philippine travellers to keep a confirmed return or onward itinerary available and ensure departure falls within the approved stay. However, the current general ICA guidance does not say every Easy Visitor application must automatically include a paid return-ticket upload.
