Before you apply
The visa process depends on passport, purpose and intended stay
Papua New Guinea does not use one single visitor process for every traveller. Some passport holders qualify for an Easy Visitor Permit online, some may also qualify for Visa on Arrival, and other travellers must use a different visitor or paper-based pathway. Business, employment, journalism and specialist activities sit in separate visa classes.
That is why the first question is not “What documents should I upload?” It is “Which visa class applies to what I intend to do?” Choosing the wrong category can create delays, extra requests or a refusal even when the documents themselves are accurate.
